Light-Body-Planet: Supported by Earth Human / Planetary Articulation and the Lower Chakras
Part of the Light-Body-Planet lecture series at Washington St.
We will explore our inner and outer planetary relationship through the lower chakras by investigating an aspect of ourselves which is particularly unknown and underused: our spectrality. Literally learn how to vibrate and pulsate with stability and fortitude. By using breath and sound, posture and movement, let us direct our attention into that which grounds, protects, heals and nourishes us. In this class we will collectively build the "OH" - a supportive sound of stability. We'll learn how to embody natural ethos with simple yoga applications and postures. And, we will activate innate coping mechanisms; connect to the living planet to nourish, simplify, cleanse, establish, and begin again.
