101 ~ ChakraBody Fusion Experiential
8-hour introductory course for everybody. Also a prerequisite for the Teacher certification, and recommended for each certification track. The ChakraBody Fusion Certificant will be able to host ChakraBody Fusion Experientials.
The One-Day Experiential is for everybody who is interested in a guided group odyssey through each of the chakras. From the ground-up, we will liberated tension, as the light of our true selves drops down into the core. Learn how to gather support from your Personal Body, place it in your Interpersonal Body, and connect to your eternal self in the Transpersonal Body.
This workshop is a hybrid of lecture, partnered massage, yoga, vocalization, visualization and bioenergetic exercises. It moves quickly, it's fun, and dynamically packed with creative coping mechanisms which are anchored in human nature.
